Brand Gating & Restricted Products

Apple, Nike, and other protected brands are gated and may only be sold by verified authorized sellers. Unauthorized listings are prohibited and removed immediately.

Zero tolerance for counterfeit goods. Merchandise Paradise cooperates with brand owners, payment processors, and legal authorities to enforce IP protections.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Merchandise Paradise acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not the seller of record.

Acceptable Products

Only lawful, authorized products may be sold. Restricted brands require prior approval.

Payments & Fees

Platform fees and subscription charges are disclosed and agreed upon prior to selling.

Termination

Merchandise Paradise may suspend or terminate vendors for violations.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

Authorization

Vendor represents and warrants authorization to sell listed products.

Compliance

Vendor agrees to comply with brand, IP, and marketplace policies.

Indemnification

Vendor indemnifies Merchandise Paradise from claims arising from product violations.

Seller of Record

Vendor remains seller of record for all transactions.
